PolyMation work with customers to learn about key issues in the plant and determine the best plans to optimize how raw materials handling can be improved – from a single machine to a complete plant layout.
PolyMation work with several leading suppliers of ancillaries for plastics production and therefore we can choose and recommend the best solutions for specific requirements in every application.
PolyMation aim to design and supply equipment that requires minimum work for installation and often can be done by a customer’s own personnel, being supported by PolyMation and providing key commissioning and training once equipment is in place. This keeps costs lower and ensures personnel get the maximum benefit and understanding of the equipment installed.
Once equipment is installed PolyMation provide long term support for the equipment installed, providing support and ongoing training as required. Service is a key element to this – before an installation, during and after to ensure the equipment fully meets expectations and delivers benefits to all of production.
PolyMation also offer preventative maintenance programs to support equipment installed and ensure it keeps running over the longer term by supporting customers with scheduled maintenance and training plans. Scheduling and Preventative Services are sold annually for the different product categories supplied and normally would be based on 2 technical visits per year to fully review and test each piece of equipment and report on all elements following the preventative check.
PolyMation invests in keeping stock of key spares locally to provide quick and rapid service in the event of parts being required. Likewise on large installations PolyMation recommends spares packs to keep on site to ensure maximum up time and minimum disruption to production.
